Job summary

Fivetran in California seeks an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new enterprise revenue and expand footprints in major accounts. This full-time, remote role must be based out of California.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, alliances, and operations to win deals, and you will articulate Fivetran’s data integration value to a broad audience from C‑level to individual contributors. Compensation includes base + uncapped commission and RSU stock grants.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with data integration, ETL, or BI technologies is a plus.
• Able to navigate complex organizations and manage long sales cycles.
• Highly organized and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive pipeline and exceed revenue goals.
• Accelerate growth of Fivetran in the Enterprise Market through value-driven sales cycles.
• Lead discovery and identify outcomes to drive long-term engagements with enterprise customers.
• Speak about Fivetran’s vision to executives and contributors.
• Land deals with new enterprise target accounts and expand footprint with new use cases.
• Build relationships with partners to accelerate deal cycles.
• Forecast and provide visibility on sales and revenue by managing opportunities.
