Job summary

Databricks is seeking an experienced pre-sales Senior Solutions Architect to define and direct the technical strategy for our largest accounts. You will work with AEs to maximize adoption of Databricks across data and AI use cases, building proofs of concept and leading technical evaluations.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, develop relationships with executives, and drive data-driven transformation across industries, traveling up to 30% as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in pre-sales or solutions architecture.
• Proven track record with large, enterprise accounts (> $1M ARR).
• Technical leadership in data, ML & AI across multiple verticals.
• Production programming experience: Python, R, Scala or Java.

Responsibilities

• Be the main technical voice for Databricks with multiple clients.
• Lead customers on a transformational journey to adopt Databricks as part of their strategy.
• Implement the technical strategy within accounts.
• Build a movement of technical champions and align strategies around Databricks solutions.
• Provide mentorship for other team members.
