Job summary

Databricks is seeking an experienced enterprise Solutions Architect to partner with the Enterprise Account Executive. You will define the technical strategy for top accounts and drive ML & AI adoption across the Databricks platform.

You’ll lead proofs of concept, articulate value selling, and mentor a team while collaborating with cross-functional resources to scale success in High Tech and Manufacturing segments.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to large enterprises (>$1m ARR)
• Strong data/AI domain knowledge
• Proven track record of technical pre-sales leadership

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for enterprise accounts in collaboration with the AE.
• Lead PoCs and technical demonstrations to drive adoption of Databricks products.
• Mentor and coach team members to scale pre-sales effectiveness.
• Build and maintain relationships with executives and influencers within target accounts.
