Job summary

Databricks is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to act as the primary technical voice for our largest accounts. You will define and direct the technical strategy with the Enterprise AE, guiding customers through data-driven transformations and enterprise-wide ML/AI adoption.

You will work with hands-on teams to build PoCs, demonstrate Databricks products, and lead technical executives toward a broader Databricks footprint.

Qualifications

• Experience with big data, data science and cloud.
• Production programming in Python, R, Scala or Java.
• Experience with large global accounts (> $1m ARR).

Responsibilities

• Be the main technical voice for Databricks across multiple clients.
• Lead customers on a transformational journey to adopt Databricks.
• Direct technical strategy within the account and align with business goals.
• Mentor other team members and build technical champions within accounts.
• Develop relationships with executives and influencers to drive adoption.
• Present compelling technical POV to key decision-makers.
