Job summary

Databricks is seeking an experienced pre-sales Solutions Architect to serve as the main technical voice for large enterprise accounts. You will define and direct the technical strategy, collaborate with hand-on resources to build proofs of concept, and demonstrate the Databricks platform across multiple verticals to drive ML & AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience establishing virtual teams and leading them to success within the account.
• Experience working with very large (> $1m ARR) global accounts.
• Experience building relationships with executives and influencers, both internally and with customers.
• Present a convincing point of view to important decision-makers that leads them down a path of success.
• Technical experience in data engineering, cloud data warehousing, and/or data science
• An ability in data-driven business transformation and driving change with data.
• Production programming expertise in Python, R, Scala, or Java
• Experience practicing live/vibe coding sessions with stakeholders
• Nice to have: Databricks Certifications

Responsibilities

• You work with multiple clients as the main technical voice for Databricks.
• You lead your customers on a transformational journey, helping them to evaluate and adopt Databricks as part of their strategy
• You implement the technical strategy in the accounts with a clear understanding of this strategy and its business value.
• You build a movement of technical champions within the account.
