Job summary

Databricks is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to partner with Enterprise Account Executives. You will define and direct the technical strategy for large accounts, build proofs-of-concept, and demonstrate the Databricks Data + AI Platform across ML & AI use cases.

In this pre-sales role you will lead with a strong value-selling approach, mentor teammates, and help customers adopt Databricks at scale in multi-vertical deployments. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Technical experience in data engineering, cloud data warehousing, and/or data science.
• Production programming expertise in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Experience building relationships with executives and influencers, both internally and with customers.

Responsibilities

• Define and direct the technical strategy for large accounts.
• Lead PoC development and product demonstrations.
• Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to drive adoption of Databricks.
• Mentor and coach other team members on technical strategy and delivery.
• Champion adoption of Databricks solutions across target accounts.
