Job summary

Chainguard seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager to own post-sales engagement for enterprise customers, leading onboarding, implementation, and adoption. You’ll collaborate with Solutions Architects, Technical Support, Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing success.

You will build relationships across multiple levels from technicians to CISOs, drive time-to-value, minimize churn, and advocate customer needs to internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise, customer-facing roles coordinating with technical and business teams.
• Active NV1 clearance with ability to obtain NV2 for federal work.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, or related security domains.
• Ability to own customer portfolio with autonomy and executive escalation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and adoption for enterprise customers.
• Nurture relationships with stakeholders from technicians to CISOs.
• Coordinate with solutions architects, engineering, and sales to drive outcomes.
• Educate customers on product features, security practices, and best practices.
