Chainguard is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own post-sale engagement with Enterprise customers. You will drive onboarding, implementation, and adoption, working with Solutions Architects, Technical Support, Product, Engineering and Sales to ensure value realization and time-to-value.

You will actively build relationships across technicians to CISOs, manage renewals, and identify expansion opportunities while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Formación

• 3+ years in SMB/mid-market customer-facing roles collaborating with technical and business teams.
• Knowledge of supply chain security, DevSecOps, AppSec, security infrastructure, containers, or vulnerability management.
• Strategic, autonomous role ownership with ability to escalate to execs when needed.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to ongoing personal/professional development.
• High emotional intelligence and strong priority management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical onboarding for new customers across onboarding, implementation, and adoption.
• Advocate for customer needs across internal teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Technical Support and Customer Engineering to resolve issues.
• Develop hands-on knowledge of Chainguard products and security best practices.
• Coordinate training with customers and our Edu team on features and security.
• Build relationships with multiple levels of customer stakeholders to renew and expand.
