Job summary

Chainguard is seeking a Customer Success Manager to serve as the post-sales lead for our Enterprise customers. You will own onboarding, implementation, and adoption, working with Solutions Architects, Technical Support, Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure successful outcomes and time-to-value.

You will build relationships with multiple levels of customer stakeholders, drive renewal and expansion, and operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, security-conscious startup

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SMB/mid-market customer-facing roles.
• Experience collaborating with technical and business teams.
• Ability to own a customer portfolio with autonomy.
• Interest in security technology and startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise onboarding and define a structured onboarding plan.
• Advocate for customer needs to internal teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Support and Engineering to resolve issues promptly.
• Develop hands-on knowledge of Chainguard features and security best practices.
• Coordinate training with the Edu team to educate customers on product usage.
