Chainguard is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead post-sales engagements, onboarding, implementation, and adoption for enterprise customers. You will partner with Solutions Architects, Technical Support, Product, Engineering and Sales to ensure value realization and successful outcomes.

You will act as the customer advocate, drive adoption, and manage relationships across multiple stakeholder levels, including CISOs, while working toward renewals and expansions in a fast-growing

Formación

• 5+ years experience in enterprise, customer facing roles (CS, Professional Services, TAM or related)
• Experience collaborating with both technical and business teams
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Security or DevSecOps is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding and adoption across customer engagements
