Chainguard is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead post-sales onboarding for Commercial customers and drive adoption across onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success. You will partner with Solutions Architects, Technical Support, and Sales to ensure a smooth onboarding and time-to-value for customers.

You will manage relationships with stakeholders from technicians to CISOs, work with Sales to renew and expand accounts, and collaborate with our Edu team to deliver training on product

Competenze

• 2+ years experience in customer facing roles collaborating with both technical and business teams.
• Relevant domain knowledge in supply chain security, DevSecOps, or related security disciplines.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build new processes and take ownership.
• Commitment to continuous personal and professional development and high emotional intelligence.

Mansioni

• Lead onboarding for commercial customers and collaborate with pre-sales and post-sales teams.
• Develop relationships with customer stakeholders from technicians to CISOs to improve renewal and expansion.
• Coordinate training with the Edu team to educate customers on product features and security principles.
• Maintain hands-on product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to optimize usage.
