Cloudflare seeks a Customer Engineer to bridge technical strategy and business value for enterprise clients in New York. You will guide pre-sales validation, onboarding, deployment architecture, and lifecycle expansion, acting as a quota-carrying technologist.

You will own technical health, drive QBRs, and partner with Sales to realize cross-sell opportunities, using AI-augmented workflows to reduce toil and accelerate outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Eng/Tech Sales.
• Ability to articulate complex enterprise network and security architectures clearly.
• Strong business value translation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical validation and architecture discussions with enterprise clients.
• Own discovery, demos, onboarding, technical health, and expansion strategy.
• Manage quarterly business reviews translating platform value for executives.
• Provide advisory on AI controls, security posture, and deployment confidence.
• Develop automation and enablement resources to accelerate adoption.
