You will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding enterprise clients from pre-sales validation through onboarding, deployment architecture, and lifecycle expansion. You will own technical deep-dives, design tailored migrations, oversee onboarding, and partner with Account Executives to drive health,

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Architectural mindset to design complex enterprise networks clearly.
• Consultative and advisory skills to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Commercial mindset in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned SaaS environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across executive levels.
• Broad technical breadth across internet fundamentals, security, performance, AI, and developer platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Technical validation: lead technical deep-dive discovery and map complex customer infrastructure to Cloudflare architectures.
• Customer adoption and value realization: guide onboarding and ensure rapid time-to-value.
• Commercial accountability: drive new business and expansion with quarterly business reviews.
• Trusted advisory: maintain ongoing relationships and provide architectural guidance.
• AI orchestration and workflow automation: leverage AI to automate routine tasks and enhance advisory.
• Education and enablement: develop technical resources and SOPs for internal and customer teams.
