Customer Adoption & Value Realization: oversee onboarding, act as main engineering contact, ensure time-to-value.
Commercial Accountability & Expansion: drive new business and account growth, manage QBRs and ROI discussions.
Trusted Advisory: maintain stakeholder relationships, advise on architecture, security posture, and deployment confidence.
AI Orchestration & Workflow Automation: leverage AI agents and LLMs to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
Education & Enablement: design technical resources and SOPs to raise the team's technical baseline.
