Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Architectural mindset for complex enterprise networks.
• Strong consultative and advisory skills.

• Breadth in at least four technical domains (networking, security, performance, AI).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical deep-dive discovery with Account Executives.
• Design migration/onboarding blueprints and guide customer engineering teams.
• Own discovery, demos, onboarding, health, risk and expansion strategy.
• Act as trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Leverage AI to automate routine CE workflows.
• Educate internal teams and customers on best practices and guides.
