Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer, Named for New York City. You will bridge technical strategy with business value, guiding enterprise clients from pre-sales validation through onboarding and lifecycle expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Architectural mindset for enterprise networks and security.
• Excellent communication translating technical concepts to business outcomes.
• Commercial experience in SaaS metrics and revenue-focused roles.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, PoCs, and validation activities with customers.
• Guide onboarding and blueprints for customer deployments (DNS, WAF, Zero Trust).
• Own discovery, demos, onboarding, technical health, risk and expansion strategy.
• Act as trusted advisor through the customer lifecycle, enabling adoption and ROI.
