Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer for the Enterprise Commercial segment in the San Francisco Bay area. You will own the technical relationship from discovery to long-term adoption, delivering tailored architectures and PoCs across Security, Networking, and Developer Platforms.

You will operate as a quota-carrying technologist, using AI-augmented workflows to reduce admin work and focus on design, value realization, and executive-level collaboration with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Broad technical expertise in web security, networking, cloud infrastructure.
• Commercial mindset with quota exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with Account Executives and build bespoke architectures.
