Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the life cycle of a request on the Internet.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions/Sales Engineering/Forward Deployed Engineering).
• Broad technical expertise across web security, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both engineers and C-suite audiences.
• AI-native development experience integrating AI-augmented workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, design bespoke architectures, and deliver demos/PoCs across Cloudflare's security, networking, and developer platforms.
• Build technical champions and executive relationships within target accounts.
• Represent Cloudflare at industry events and conferences.
• Serve as the primary technical contact from contract signature through full platform adoption.
• Lead technical onboarding and ensure rapid time-to-value.
• Carry a variable quota tied to new business acquisition and ongoing account growth.
• Lead technical QBRs translating platform metrics into ROI for stakeholders.
