Job summary

Attentive.ai is seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts. You will drive customer success and ensure that our largest clients derive maximum value from Beam AI's solutions.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in SaaS account management, with strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a background in construction is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or related experience in SaaS.
• Strong background in construction; direct MEP experience preferred.
• Proven track record managing enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for 15–25 enterprise accounts.
• Drive adoption, renewals, and expansion for enterprise accounts.
• Lead onboarding and implementation for new enterprise accounts.
• Engage with executives through QBRs to ensure customer success.
