Job summary

Beamery, a leading AI-powered talent operations platform, is hiring an Engagement Manager to join our Professional Services team. You will manage end-to-end customer projects from kickoff to closure, defining charter, scope, product requirements, and success plans while coordinating with Product/Engineering and Customer Success.

This role requires hands-on project management, strong communication, and ability to lead multiple initiatives across enterprise SaaS deployments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Project/Program Management, Implementation, or Business Analyst experience in enterprise HR tech/SaaS.
• Proven track record delivering complex software product implementations for high-profile customers.
• Experience with Project Management Methodology and/or Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Transformation leadership, strong organization, and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; growth mindset for business value.

Responsibilities

• Manage simultaneous customer projects using Beamery’s Implementation Methodologies.
• Learn Beamery product suite and accelerate value by delivering charter, scope, and success plans.
• Collaborate with Customer’s PMs to develop plans, updates and measure progress.
• Oversee SOW and contracts, manage scope, resources, and budgets.
• Lead internal/external progress reporting, risk assessment, and escalation handling.
• Coordinate with Product/Engineering, Solutions Delivery, and Customer Success for deployments.
• Conduct Post Implementation Reviews to improve methodologies.
• Travel up to 30% for in-person client meetings as required.
