beehiiv, Inc. is hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, retention, and growth with our enterprise customers. You will own relationships from onboarding through renewal, coordinating with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver best-in-class service.

You will excel at strategic account planning, proactive problem solving, and delivering data‑driven recommendations. This role supports a fast-growing newsletter platform and offers remote work within the United States.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or another client-facing role.
• Excellent relationship management skills and customer outcomes focus.
• Strong written and spoken communication, plus time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts to foster long-term partnerships.
• Onboard new enterprise customers to ensure they are set up for success.
• Act as the main point of contact for escalations and provide timely resolutions.
• Understand customers’ goals and provide strategic insights to drive satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
• Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews to drive product adoption and satisfaction.
• Advocate for customers and drive cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support.
• Own team-wide initiatives to scale Customer Success with the business.
• Create, test, and share AI-powered workflows and tools that improve efficiency and outcomes.
