PAR Technology is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for Point of Sale and Back of House solutions. You will own strategic relationships with large enterprise restaurant customers, driving value and growth across the customer lifecycle.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Support, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering to align goals, develop account plans, and navigate complex challenges in a dynamic environment. This role emphasizes ownership and proactive strategy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role within SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience with restaurant technology or retail/hospitality tech is a plus.
• Proven track record managing enterprise relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct executive-level business reviews and drive customer value.

Responsibilities

• Own and nurture relationships with a portfolio of enterprise restaurant customers.
• Develop account plans around goals and blockers; mobilize PAR teams to progress.
• Lead quarterly and executive business reviews with senior stakeholders.
• Monitor health, adoption, and usage to identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with Support, Professional Services, Product and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Identify expansion opportunities across locations and modules with Sales.
