Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for Point of Sale & Back of House to own relationships with some of our largest enterprise restaurant customers. You will think ahead, build executive relationships, and orchestrate the right PAR teams across Sales, Support, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering to move partnerships forward.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience in restaurant technology strongly preferred; retail or hospitality tech ok.
• Owns complex enterprise relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Able to build executive-level relationships and run business reviews.
• Translates customer goals into strategic account plans to drive value.

Responsibilities

• Be the strategic partner for a portfolio of large enterprise restaurant customers.
• Lead account plans and mobilize PAR teams across functions.
• Lead Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews with senior stakeholders across Operations, IT, and Finance.
• Track customer health, adoption, and usage; identify opportunities and address risk.
• Navigate complex challenges by bringing together cross-functional partners across Support, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering.
• Identify expansion opportunities across locations, modules, and products with Sales and Account Management.
• Own renewal forecasting, account health, and stakeholder mapping.
• Become a trusted expert in PAR’s POS and back-office solutions and the restaurant operations they support.
• Provide the voice of the customer to PAR to drive product and process improvements.
