Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer success, account management, or similar.
• Experience in restaurant technology strongly preferred.
• Track record of owning complex enterprise relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience building relationships with executive-level customers.
• Ability to translate customer goals into strategic account plans.

Responsibilities

• Be the strategic partner for a portfolio of large enterprise restaurant customers across the lifecycle.
• Build account plans around goals, priorities, and blockers and mobilize cross-functional teams.
• Lead Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews with senior stakeholders.
• Track health, adoption, and usage to identify opportunities and address renewal risk.
• Navigate challenges by coordinating Support, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering.
• Identify expansion opportunities across locations, modules, and products.
• Own renewal forecasting and stakeholder mapping.
• Become a trusted expert in PAR’s POS and back-office solutions.
