Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for Point of Sale & Back of House to manage relationships with large enterprise restaurant customers. This remote role requires strategic account planning, cross-functional collaboration, and executive-facing engagements.

You will lead business reviews, track health and adoption, and coordinate with Sales, Support, and Product to drive value and growth across PAR’s restaurant technology portfolio.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing role within SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience in restaurant technology strongly preferred.
• Track record owning complex, strategic enterprise relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience building relationships with executive-level customers and leading business reviews.
• Ability to translate customer goals into strategic account plans that drive value, retention, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Be the strategic partner for a portfolio of large enterprise restaurant customers across the lifecycle.
• Build account plans around goals, priorities, and blockers; mobilize PAR teams to progress.
• Lead Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews with senior stakeholders across Operations, IT, and Finance.
• Track customer health, adoption, and usage to identify opportunities and address risk before renewals.
• Navigate challenges by coordinating Support, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering.
