Job summary

SentiLink is hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager in the United States for a remote role. You will own enterprise relationships across banking and fintech customers, develop deep fraud-domain knowledge, and guide onboarding activities including dashboard training and usage recommendations.

You’ll conduct regular business reviews, share performance data, and explore new products while partnering across Sales, Solutions Analytics, Data Science, and Product to ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in financial services or fraud domain.
• Ability to work across Sales, Solutions Analytics, Data Science, Product, Fraud and Engineering teams.
• Experience with Salesforce and Apollo is a plus; willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships for Enterprise bank, credit union, and fintech accounts.
• Develop in-depth understanding of fraud domain and SentiLink products.
• Lead onboarding: dashboard training, account setup, usage recommendations.
• Meet customers regularly post-onboarding; review performance data and product updates.
• Take a consultative approach to address fraud scenarios and propose solutions.
• Set business goals with clients and plan actions to achieve targets.
