Job summary

SentiLink is seeking an experienced fraud leader to act as a trusted advisor to major financial institutions. You’ll guide prospects on how our identity and risk solutions fit into their fraud programs and decisioning workflows.

You will engage senior executives, translate complex fraud challenges into actionable recommendations, and work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to shape outcomes and value delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in fraud or related risk fields.
• Senior fraud leadership or practitioner experience in regulated financial services.
• Ability to translate complex fraud concepts for executive audiences.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a fraud subject-matter expert in conversations with prospective customers.
• Build trusted relationships with fraud, risk, identity, payments, and financial-crime executives.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand customers’ fraud strategies and workflows.
• Advise prospects on incorporating SentiLink’s products into their operations and tech environments.
