Job summary

SentiLink is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager based in the United States, with a remote-friendly setup. You will onboard clients, set business objectives, and manage ongoing success for enterprise accounts across financial institutions and fintechs.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Analytics, Data Science, Product, and Engineering to deliver value and drive renewals, upsells, and product adoption across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager in Financial Services or Fraud.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain a customer-centric culture at SentiLink.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to visit clients and industry events.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationships for Enterprise accounts across banks, credit unions, and fintechs.
• Develop in-depth understanding of the fraud domain and SentiLink’s products.
• Lead onboarding activities: dashboard training, account setup, and usage recommendations.
