Job summary

SentiLink is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to lead relationships with our bank, credit union and fintech clients. You will onboard new customers, align business objectives, and drive ongoing value from our identity and risk solutions.

This is a remote, US-based role. You’ll partner with Sales, Solutions Analytics, Data Science, Product and Engineering to ensure customer success, renewals, and expansion while traveling up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years as a Customer Success or Account Manager in financial services or fraud.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Analytics, Data Science, Product, Fraud Intelligence and Engineering.
• Travel up to 25% for client visits and conferences.
• Authorized to work in the United States and reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise accounts across bank, credit union, and fintech clients.
• Develop deep understanding of fraud domain and SentiLink products.
• Lead onboarding dashboard training and initial usage recommendations.
• Review performance data with customers and discuss product updates.
• Propose solutions to fraud scenarios, including non-SentiLink options.
• Set business goals with clients and plan to achieve targets.
