Job summary

SentiLink is seeking a Head of Fraud Intelligence, a remote US-based role, to elevate the Fraud Intelligence Team into a high-impact function. You’ll lead labeling quality, generate actionable insights, and develop talent, with measurable business impact across fraud prevention initiatives.

You will partner with Product, Analytics, and Engineering to drive improvements, scale operations, and foster internal mobility, while building an enduring, trusted fraud domain expert function.

Qualifications

• Experience leading fraud operations or intelligence teams.
• Proven ability to coach early-career talent and build career paths.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Transform FIT into a high-impact fraud intelligence function.
• Define and monitor operational baselines, metrics, and SLAs.
• Scale processes, tooling, and talent programs for growth and impact.
• Partner with Product, R&D, Analytics, GTM and other teams.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive measurable fraud outcomes.
