Job summary

Akamai Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Executive to grow revenue in established strategic accounts. You will drive value through cloud, security, and performance solutions and lead multi-unit collaboration to win large enterprises.

Success requires a proven track record in enterprise cloud sales, long-term account farming, and strong relationships with senior executives. This role offers a flexible work model and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
Proven success in net new customer acquisition as well as farming existing accounts.
Demonstrated success selling Cloud / Infrastructure / Application security, network, web performance products and services to large enterprises.

Responsibilities

Build business relationships with C-level executives by delivering value and solutions.
Leverage your network to open doors and start new relationships.
Partner with marketing and sales specialists to drive interest and awareness in your region.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase adoption of Akamai services across verticals and use cases.
