You will build executive relationships, open doors, and work with marketing and sales specialists to secure long-term outcomes for customers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to expand adoption across verticals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in net new customer acquisition as well as farming existing accounts.
• Successful track record selling Cloud / Infrastructure / Application security, network, and web performance products to large enterprises.
• Passionate about building productive relationships with customers by delivering outcomes.
• Ethical approach to sales, integrity, and upholding Akamai values in every situation.

Responsibilities

• Build business relationships with C-level executives by delivering value and solutions for large-scale cloud, security and performance challenges.
• Leverage your network to open doors and initiate new relationships.
• Partner with marketing and sales specialists and business development teams to drive interest and awareness within your region.
