Job summary

Akamai Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive revenue within established large strategic accounts.

You will work across business units in a fast-paced, innovative environment, championing Akamai's brand and relationships to deliver value to new and returning customers. You will build executive-level relationships, leverage your network to open doors, and partner with marketing and sales specialists to drive interest and adoption across regions and verticals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
• Experience selling Cloud/Infrastructure/Application security, network, and web performance products to large enterprises.
• Demonstrated success in building relationships with customers.
• Ethical approach to sales, integrity, and alignment with Akamai values.

Responsibilities

• Build business relationships with C-level executives by delivering value and solutions for large-scale cloud, security, and performance challenges.
• Leverage your network to open doors and establish new relationships.
• Partner with marketing and sales specialists and business development teams to drive interest in your region.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase adoption of Akamai services across verticals and use cases.
