Spectrum is seeking an Elite Client Executive III in Phoenix to lead new business in strategic cloud and advisory services. You will source opportunities, manage multi-threaded deals, and articulate business value to C-level executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of sales experience, or Master’s with 4+ years, or Ph.D. with 1+ year, or 10 years of experience without a degree.
• Hunter and pipeline DNA: ability to self-source pipeline at scale and win net new enterprise customers.
• Enterprise IT and Cloud Sales: experience selling cloud, IT infrastructure, managed services, or professional services to multi-stakeholder environments.
• Travel: willing to travel 25–50% for meetings, partner engagements, and industry events.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end new business development in assigned accounts and territory.
• Build a high-velocity outbound engine and self-generate the majority of your pipeline.
• Engage CIO/CTO/CISO/CFO/VP stakeholders across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Drive quota-based revenue growth across managed and professional services.
• Manage a five-to-one pipeline-to-quota ratio and accelerate deal velocity.
• Position managed cloud, private cloud, hybrid cloud, VMware, AWS, and Azure services with customer business value.
• Lead discovery, value framing, and executive-level business cases.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Solution Architects, Product, CS, and Marketing for smooth onboarding.
• Stay current on cloud/AI trends and competitive differentiation.
