Amazon Inc. in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Specialist to lead end-to-end GTM for AWS Connect. You will engage C-level executives, drive revenue, and shape the strategy across partners and internal teams.

You will collaborate with Senior Enterprise Sales Representatives, Solutions Architects, and partners to build long-term relationships, manage complex pricing, and deliver differentiated customer outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in direct sales or business development to C-level executives.
• 5+ years experience selling into contact centers.
• 5+ years building profitable partner ecosystems.
• Experience developing detailed go to market plans.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline focused on revenue and market penetration.
• Drive revenue and market share for AWS.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Develop and execute against a sales plan with partners and OEMs.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and manage negotiations.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with AWS teams to optimize GTM strategies for AWS Connect.
