Qualifications

• MBA or Bachelor’s degree with MBA-equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years’ management and service industry experience.
• 4+ years supervising staff in a similar area.
• Experience with P&L and executive-level customer contacts.
• Strong data analysis and reporting knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
• Excellent communication and independent, results-driven work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Proactively audit client environments to sponsor scalable innovations and ROI.
• Direct strategic development and expansion of client accounts for profitability.
• Forge high-level partnerships with C-suite to align goals and CBPS capabilities.
• Identify service expansion opportunities and oversee contracts and renewals.
• Accountable for account P&L and enforcement of SLAs and KPIs.
• Deliver executive presentations to demonstrate value and mitigate risk.
• Lead and mentor Area Managers and client service teams.
