Canon Business Process Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Client Solutions Manager to lead a regional portfolio. You will partner with executive stakeholders to drive strategic alignment, expand accounts, and sponsor scalable innovations that improve profitability across regions.

The role requires strong executive communication, P&L oversight, and ability to mentor client service teams. Hybrid work with 10–20% travel supports enterprise-level client value creation.

Competenze

• MBA or Bachelor’s degree with MBA-equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years’ management and service industry experience.
• 4+ years’ experience supervising staff.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
• Experience interfacing with executive-level customer contacts.

• Audit client environments to sponsor, design, and execute scalable innovations delivering measurable ROI.
• Strategically develop and expand client accounts while maximizing profitability.
• Forge high-level partnerships with C-suite and senior decision-makers to align CBPS capabilities with goals.
• Identify service expansion opportunities and oversee contract negotiations and renewals.
• Oversee account P&L performance and design robust SLAs and KPIs.
• Deliver executive presentations to demonstrate ongoing value and mitigate risk.
