Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Business Development for Roofing to own large multi-location roofing deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role focused on high-value, strategic accounts across the US and Canada.

You will close end-to-end deals, typically spanning 3–12 months, with ownership of multi-market groups and no direct reports. You’ll work with roofing owners and operators to expand locations and services.

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annual deals in multi-location setups.
• Experience selling to roofing groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several stakeholders.
