Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Business Development for Roofing to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, targeting strategic roofing accounts across markets, and closing deals built from inbound leads.

The seat carries a $2M annual quota for multi-location groups. You will work with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders in long, consultative cycles, crafting proposals with our

• A record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into roofing groups, or marketing and agency services to similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers. If your background is high-volume, single-location or one-call transactional sales, this is a different job.
• You would rather close business than manage people.

Responsabilidades

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
