Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Business Development for Roofing to own large multi-location deals across markets. You’ll manage the end-to-end cycle from discovery to close, targeting roofing groups with many locations and multi-market footprints.

Leads are provided from our SD team and inbound, allowing you to focus on negotiating, closing, and expanding to additional locations and services as groups sign.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing large multi-location deals.
• Experience selling to roofing groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with multiple decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expansion: signings unlock more locations and services across groups.
• Collaborate on proposals with strategists and leadership for deals that matter most.
