Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Head of Business Development for Roofing to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. You will close enterprise-wide roofing accounts across markets with minimal oversight, supported by inbound leads and a focused development team.

The role is fully remote (USA or Canada) with a $2M annual quota, and no direct reports. You will manage long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision-makers across locations and services.

Formación

• Proven track record closing large deals (1M+ annual) in multi-location settings.
• Experience selling to roofing groups or multi-location buyers is preferred.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle for large roofing accounts (discovery to close).
• Engage owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at multiple locations.
• Expand accounts across locations and services after signing.
