Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency serving roofing contractors across multiple markets. As Director of Business Development for Roofing, you own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract.

You will close high-value enterprise accounts with owners and regional leaders, while expansion conversations cover more locations and services. The role is remote (USA or Canada) with a substantial annual quota and no direct reports.

Qualifications

• Record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to roofing groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.
• Prefer closing over people management.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
