Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts for Roofing to own the largest multi-location deals across markets. You’ll manage end-to-end cycles from discovery to close, collaborating with owners and regional leaders, and expanding to new locations and services after a win.

This is a remote, individual-contributor role with a $2M annual quota and no direct reports, targeting roofing groups operating across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Proven record of closing $1M+ annual deals on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into roofing groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Ability to navigate long, consultative cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Not suited to high-volume, single-location or one-call transactional sales.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle for large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services after signing a group.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to tailor proposals for key deals.
