Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Business Development for Multifamily to own and close large multi-location deals from initial meeting to signed contract. This role involves strategic, multi-stakeholder negotiations across owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, with expansion opportunities across locations once a deal signs.

The seat carries a $2M annual quota with no direct reports, focusing on high-value multifamily portfolios managed by ownership groups and property management

Qualificações

• A record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into multifamily groups, or marketing and agency services to similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers.
• You would rather close business than manage people.

Responsabilidades

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
