Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency serving multifamily owners and property management groups with websites, SEO and paid media. As VP of Business Development for Multifamily, you own our largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract.

This is an individual contributor seat with no direct reports, focused on strategic, multi-location accounts where one win opens others and expands to new locations and services.

Qualifications

• Record of closing $1M+ per year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.
• Prefer closing business over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services after a sign.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft proposals for key deals.
