Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Senior VP of Business Development for Multifamily to own large multi-location deals from initial meeting to signed contract. You will close high-value portfolios across locations, guided by our inbound and SDR team, with no direct reports.

This role emphasizes strategic, long cycles with multiple owners and marketing leaders, expanding services as groups sign, and building proposals with leadership.

Qualifications

• A record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into multifamily groups, or marketing and agency services to similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Collaborate on proposals with strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
