Milliman MedInsight is seeking a high-performing Senior Enterprise Account Manager to oversee strategic relationships with large health plans and payer entities. You will drive retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth by aligning MedInsight analytics solutions with client goals.

The role emphasizes executive engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven advisory to maximize client value while supporting business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or strategic consulting within healthcare analytics or related fields.
• Experience engaging with senior executives and technical leaders across payer organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients, understanding their objectives and analytics needs.
• Lead executive-level meetings, planning sessions, and reviews to ensure value realization and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and renewals, collaborating with Sales and Product teams to tailor proposals.
• Collaborate with Product, Implementation, Engineering, and Support to ensure onboarding, delivery, and issue resolution.
