Job summary

Roboflow is hiring Support Engineers to ensure and accelerate successful use of our computer vision platform for enterprise customers. You’ll be a consultative technical advisor, resolving complex issues and guiding customers on best practices while aligning with Product and Sales goals.

You’ll join a high-autonomy team that values ownership, accountability, and delivering outcomes. Expect deep collaboration, remote customer interactions, and ongoing learning across Roboflow’s evolving tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with Linux and Networking Fundamentals (VPN, SSH, firewalls).
• Experience in a customer-facing support role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Support's on-call rotation
• Ensure issues are serviced to contract SLA and resolved
• Create technical content to capture best practices (documentation, videos, knowledge base)
• Grow customer relationships through trusted advice in Roboflow support obligations
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects & Implementation Engineers across the customer journey
• Coordinate with field and product to inform roadmaps for customers
• Stay current with latest product features and releases
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the support environment (process, tooling, knowledge)
