Job summary

Roboflow is seeking an Enterprise generalist to expand features across the product, with a strong emphasis on JavaScript and Python. You will work closely with Enterprise and Field Engineering teams, supporting customers on-site and helping optimize computer vision pipelines.

The role involves collaborating on a broad set of tasks from data ingestion to deployment, with opportunities to influence open source and internal tooling while traveling to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript front-end and Node.js back-end.
• Experience with Python for ML and data processing.
• Willingness to be on-site with customers and travel as needed.
• Familiarity with Linux-based systems and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features across the Roboflow product for Enterprise customers.
• Support and improve the Jetson inference pipeline and related tooling.
• Collaborate with Field Engineering and Enterprise teams to meet customer needs.
• Engage with customers on-site, including factory tours and data analyses.
• Contribute to APIs and client libraries across multiple languages.
