Job summary

Roboflow seeks a technically strong Support Engineer who will own a single strategic enterprise account’s computer vision deployment in the US. You’ll become the regional technical continuity, understanding their edge, data pipelines, and workflows, while teaching through bite-sized enablement sessions.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Field Engineering, and Account Executives, maintaining a shared knowledge base and driving adoption across the customer’s environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Linux and networking fundamentals (VPN, SSH, firewalls).
• Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python.
• Hands-on experience across the CV/ML pipeline: data, training, workflow, edge inference.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical continuity for the customer’s computer vision deployment across your region.
• Build deep contextual understanding of customer infrastructure, data sources, and workflows.
• Serve as the regional representative and trusted advisor for Roboflow inside the customer environment.
